Do not rent a home from this management company. They are trying to keep my security deposit, citing fraudulent reasons. For example, they say they hired out carpet cleaning for $1,000 when I had every inch of the carpet professionally cleaned after I moved my things out, on my dime. They also charged me for painting walls and patching small holes despite their own documents saying they would do these things at no cost as part of the regular transition for the home.
