I was able to schedule a service appointment the same day. The tire rotation was completed on time and they didn't try to sell me anything during my lunch hour. 🙂
The salesstaff was excellent. He contacted me several times before I purchased my 2026 Pallisades calligraphy. Very attentive and not pressured. The reason for my 3 stars is that I had money and gift cards in the car I traded in. Went back to get what I left and was told that they take everything and take it as trash. Well money and gift cards are not trashed. My salesperson mentioned this to the managers but I have heard nothing from anyone. I’ve lost trust in Windell to do the right thing. Alex was wonderful to work with, he made the whole car buying experience very easy and pressure free. It was more like chatting with a friend who happened to also have a vehicle they wanted to sell. Dillon was great as well, he explained all the paperwork simply and answered all my questions.
