This was, by far, the BEST car-buying experience I've ever heard of anyone having at a dealership. We have purchased our last 7 cars from Withnell in Salem. We have also referred family members to Withnell. Our last 2 purchases were Hyundai Tucson’s a 2016 and a 2026. The safety, the comfort, the look, the gas mileage all are so important to us. At Withnell they deliver a great car, superb customer service, and all at a great price. Ask for Freddie, he’s truly the best! Thank you Withnell for hiring great staff! Now if you could just bring back your oil change coupons that would be tremendous!
As a previous Toyota Rav4 hybrid owner and having to deal with a dealer that ghosted me, I decided to test drive the competition and to my complete surprise I got more vehicle at a much better price than I would have been able to with the Rav4 offerings. Paul Roth @Withnell simply asked if I would like to drive Tucson Hybrid and game over. Not only is the drive much quieter, the value is remarkable. Ray Heyer was excellent, the entire purchasing process was flawless, and we initially had stopped in just to look at vehicles!! We love our new Tucson!! The dealership is spotless. Ray and Dillon were easy to work with. I must say I am in awe of such a positive experience with buying a new car!! We were given $3,500 above the initial trade in offer on my 2022 Santa Fe. That was the icing on the cake! Now we don't need take the time and effort to sell it on our own!
