Service now, when you need it most When our car got broken into, this shop was Johnny-on-the-spot, ready to assist us in getting our door repaired. (We had previously contacted other garages, and were told an appointment next week was available.) Withnell told us to bring it right over and they would look at it now and see how they could best help us. They were courteous and helped to make the necessary arrangements with the insurance company and everything!
Cool The customer service is wonderful. Their prices are reasonable. They finish the job in an excellent amount of time. The choices you have for cars is great.

Best dealership in Salem / Portland I bought a vehicle from Scott Von Weller. He was GREAT! I had left many other dealerships disgusted by terrible sale techniques and high pressure situations. Good car buying experience. I bought a used car from this dealership. As with any car lot, they were a little over eager to sell...but gave me plenty of time to view the car. When I decided to buy, the financing was very efficient...got a great interest rate. They also went out of their way to help me transfer my personal items since I traded in my old car. Would use them again.
02 Avalanche Exhaust Leak... Great job! I took my 02 Chevy Avalanche in for an exhaust leak an the techs noticed that some of my exhaust manifold bolts had broken off of the cylinder heads. I considered doing the work myself but was not confident enough in my abilities to do get the job done. Although it was not a fun job, Brett said he would take it on and by the next day had the job done and the truck sounds like brand new again! Thanks Nels and Brett for a speedy job well done!
