I was absolutely terrified to have my daughter go under anesthesia. I cried about it for 3 months until the day came and I cried in the lobby too. I was and still am in absolute shock of how well my daughter was treated. She is the most shy person you would ever meet, yet she did not meet a stranger that day. If I could give this negative stars I would I just called due to my child’s dentist recommending them to help with anesthesia to see if they would take my insurance and the secretary that answered treated me like I was an idiot and laughed when I asked her if what she needed was a certain number. I hung up before I said something hateful but she should definitely not have a job with that attitude.
My experience was negatively impacted due to the surgery centers billing practices and communication. Even though I had a pre-authorization for the anesthesia I was forced to pay up front. I was assured by “B.A.” that they would file a claim after the procedure was complete. This seemed wrong at the time but the surgery was for my son and I chose to trust that they would do the right thing. They made sure my son was comfortable and everyone was so nice!
