Love this place. Good doctors and practitioners. Service was very good also. Always love a person who is friendly and knowledgeable at the front counter.
Primary care location amazing. Urgent Care was the opposite. Refused a doctor's note. The woman literally told the medical assistant I was not allowed to have a record that I was seen required by my employer. Was not examined for any of the symptoms I was there for. Upper respiratory. Nurse practitioner passed me off the the emergency room because of elevated blood sugar.... Im not an emergent diabetic. I have insulin at home. I had to come in unexpectedly and was honestly dreading the wait, but this urgent care completely changed my expectations. The front desk staff were kind and efficient, and I was seen much faster than I thought I would be. Ms. Pequeno was amazing. She really listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better.
