BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS – My experience here was mostly great for the past two years. The new management though will make sure to dot every 'i' and cross every 't'. In other words, I just started a new lease agreement with the new management and accidentally paid the old amount. Terrible Management – The management is these places is atrocious. I lived in one of their apartments for a couple months while I finished up school, and was charged a ridiculous amount of money upon move out for deficiencies that were not there in the apartment. I was only there for a couple months! I was lied to by the staff, hung up on multiple times, and in general treated like crap. I would never recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE
A great place to live off campus. – I lived here for the last couple of years- Leaving in June. After spending my first two years in Corvallis learning how horrible the red door people are and how bad home owners renting out their properties could be, living at Witham Hill Oaks has really been a breath of fresh air.
