I just finished altering a dress that was bought here. The person who measured this lady insisted she needed a size 18 when she is clearly no more than a 10. The customer was charged extra for a plus size dress. The store manager's response was that they trust their measurements. Whoever measured her shouldn't be trusted. The store would not reorder a correct size or work with the customer at all, except to offer their alteration service at an additional cost. Ordered an expensive wedding gown, tuxes and had bridesmaids dresses made here. Not done until two days before the wedding, not one of the tuxes fit correctly, the little boys weren't even able to button this top button so their ties looked goofy. The groomsmen had to roll their sleeves as the shirts were several inches too short, couldn't wear cufflinks like they planned. Oh my gosh. I can't say enough wonderful things about Miss Jill and Miss Sue. I decided I wanted sort of a cloak for over my wedding dress. (Winter wedding) It was Wednesday and I was getting married that Saturday. These ladies went above and beyond to hand craft me the most elegant looking jacket. It was finished by Friday, nonetheless. You name it, they can do it, they WILL do it, and you will be treated with much respect. Thank you again Jill and Sue!!!!
