Witalisz & ASsoc Real Estate A friend of mine was relieved that the Witalisz firm was able to sell their Mother-s property after a death. A small ranch house in a quiet neighborhood sold in less than 6 months. Hands-on ownership contributes to positive motivation and results by all brokers.

Very difficult process The owner of this business is very smart and really know her stuff. Some of her staff are not very honest and unwilling to admit mistakes. She will try to correct for others mistakes, but there is only so much she can do after there is a "bad taste in your mouth". If you do choose this company ask for the owner or Tara to handle your house hunting adventure.
Very knowledgeable Broker ...and friendly staff. Also pleasant on the phone, very helpful, great marketing advice. Broker knows her stuff. Web-site is user friendly. Honest and caring people. Easy access to office and agents are trained well. Would use again and again.
New to area The home we purchased had their real estate agent from Witzlisz and they gave us more information about the area then we could have possiably used. They were very helpful and did their best to help us with our transition
excellent help in finding my home Witalisz and Assoc. did a great job in helping me find a new home. They showed me many homes and kept at it until I found the right one. They are very professional and really know the Westfield area . I highly recommend their services.
Great realtor Kathy Witalisz is really great, she was very helpful in finding us our home. She went out of her way to find homes in the neighborhoods and price range we were searching for and we have been in our home 13 years now! Great to work with!
would not use this service I was very unhappy with the way one of the male real estate agents treated me when I was looking at one of the houses he was showing. He was not informative and very pushy, I would never look at another house with their sign on the lawn.
