Columbia's Exclusive Salon Expierence – My husband, son, and myself have used Wisteria's services several times. Our expierences have always been very postive and professional. We were made to feel very welcome and received one on one attention during our time there. The massages and pedicures were excellent. I didn't realize what a true pedicure should feel like until I had one at Wisteria. We would recommend Wisteria's services to anyone.
Worst Experience, Rudest People with terrible skills – I've been to many wonderful Aveda salons in my day and I thought they would be great. They looked professional when I walked in one day just to check out the salon and then booked an appt. I've never been treated so poorly. The stylist I had claimed she new about all the new modern hairstyles and color. Bad place for Brazillian Wax – I went to get a brazillian wax done with a friend. It was a surprise and and was paid for by my friend. (I had originally scheduled my first waxing service to be done by Julie at Ah Sugar Sugar). I should have kept my appt with her. At Wisteria I did not get a mirror to see her work once she was done. Terrible Customer Service and Business Morals – I recently went to the Wisteria Day Spa and Salon in Columbia, SC as a gift from family. Now let me say I have frequented some of the best spas in Denver, Colorado and Atlanta, GA, ones with national acclaims. I took a last minute appointment (that is what the store calls it when people cancel) where I was to receive a 20% discount on an elemental facial (it was to last 90 mins.) since I was going to be in the area that day.
