Good love moveing
Maintenance came on day 3 after the request was placed. The furnace filter was checked and yes I was aware that it was past the point of being replaced. So this was done and I am very appreciative of this. As far as the vent in my room though my room when I came home yesterday evening is still cool, with no heated air coming through the vent. So not sure what the issue is, but if it doesn’t get down to negative temperatures from now until spring I can live with it. Thanks

Horrible, money hungry company who tell lies and don’t care about their tenants. Their maintenance team also left my door unlocked after taking 6 weeks to complete a work order.
