Good love moveing.Could use some upkeep on the building pressure wash mold no side of building and sand or sand blast railing and coat to last. Driveway seal crack coating on driveway.Fix mailbox (close.) Paint under coat on A C evaperater condenser. .Place is super nice great but could use T.L.C.
Wisteria was once a beautiful, well-maintained place to live with great landscaping and a relaxing fountain. Over the years, it has declined—broken blinds, overflowing dumpsters, and landscaping that tenants must request. Despite this, rent increases by over $100 each year (about 10%) with no apartment updates. Now, after 10+ years, residents are being charged for sewer and trash starting June 2026. Very disappointing for long-term tenants.
I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding the ongoing maintenance issues and overall living conditions in my unit. I have consistently been a responsible tenant. I pay my rent in full and on time ($1,300/month), and I do not cause disturbances or issues.
