Jack was a fantastic server. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and his attention to detail.
Everything was great up until I saw a $3 charge for a block of ice for my bourbon. For ICE?!?!? I’m from the bourbon capital and have had many experiences with good bourbon and never have I ever experienced this. I received endless refills of water at no charge…which when frozen is in fact, ICE! When I asked the bartender, she said she had never heard of tjst either until she worked there. We ordered a glass of wine, a single pour of Johnny Walker Red Label blended scotch on ice and their steak flatbread. Service was great, appetizer was delicious and liked the atmosphere. Cashed out and intended to come back in a few hours for their steaks. Saw on the ticket they charged me $52 for the scotch. Left a generous tip; did not go back. $52 for a single, blended scotch on a March Friday afternoon in Neenah, WI. Not in my book! Overcharging cost them at least a $200.00 dinner that evening. We went elsewhere.
Great service by the staff and the food was fast and delicious! The Wisotta burger was LEGIT! I also had a steak and found someone who knows how to cook it evenly and at the right temperature. Price was not bad considering the high quality!
