Gavin is an excellent real estate agent. He listens to your needs and wants and makes you aware of possible properties. He was involved fully in the purchase from the showings, offer, negotiation, inspections, closing, and in identifying contractors to clarify and correct know problems with home. He has continued to support us even 2 months post closure. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent and he will be my choice should the need arise in the future.
