Gavin was amazing through the whole process. This was my first home purchase and he was gracious with me asking the same question over and over, asking what things were/meant, asking where we were or what next steps were. He was always personable, professional, and quick to respond. He advocated for me when things needed to be repaired or inspected which I appreciated. And the portal he uses is very user friendly.
