The machinery malfunctioned and damaged my car. I filed an incident report with onsite management and was told it would be resolved. Months later and repeated attempts to talk to corporate and they said they have no record of an incident and then they just stopped responding altogether. Wouldn't recommend going here if you value your car since they have faulty equipment.
