Luv this place but only giving 1 star because more than half the vacuumes were removed and there are 6 cars ahead of me waiting to use the remaining vacuums. It’s been a half hour with little to zero progress.
No towels, half stalls do not have vacuums. Middle scrubber didn’t work. Basically just got a rinse. Worst luv I’ve been to
Brushes inside the car wash most of the time does not wash the hood nor the roof ,85% of vacuum hoses are cut and not operable You can wash your car, but it would take a long time. You’ll have to wait in line to vacuum your vehicle. Also, when you are inside the car wash tunnel the flow constantly stops Cause the soap to stain your car One rating
Brought a car there today for a single wash. Car wash stop three times while in the tunnel. And the overhead scrubber that is supposed to come down to clean the top of the car and never did. I advised the employee who let me go through again and it still didn’t come down. I told him again and he didn’t seem to care and did not give me a refund. On top of that, they have about 20 bats to dry and vacuum your car, but only put out hoses for six of the bays. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a bay to use the vacuum.
The vacuum hasn’t been working for a very long time. There are a lot of taxi drivers who take forever to polish their cars. The Hollywood location is much better.
