In February 2024, my partner and I signed a lease with Wish Real Estate and informed them that we’d pick up the keys after our trip as the property was not available at that time to move in. When we finally entered the apartment, we were horrified. It was absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, and completely uninhabitable.
