We signed a lease and went overseas, and upon our return, we took the keys to the apartment. However, when we entered, we found it was not cleaned at all. When we contacted our property manager, he seemed completely clueless about the situation. Instead of organizing a cleaning, he informed us that he couldn't do anything now because he had returned the bond to the previous owner and suggested us not to clean the apartment at the end of the lease.
