Always look here first. – The nicest folks are at Wiser. You can discuss any of the needs with them and they do respond. I rented from them for 5 years. This is the place that will take care of you.
Wisor does not clean grounds. – If you want to see how much Wiser care about the city of Lompoc, and it's connection to drug trade like meth. Please visit 416 North I st. After walking the grounds, please call Lompoc City Hall and ask what can be done to clean up this slum lord fantasy. I would say to connect the dots to all wiser properties in Lompoc and see if there is a connection between gang activity and drug dealing on their properties.

I actually went by 416 North i Street and found nothing wrong. The grounds were well kept. No sign of drug activity. This is such a bogus post. Please think about deleting it or calling Wiser direct to discuss your problems. You should really think about the propoganda you are putting on the net. Thank you for being a concerned citizen.
Great property management company – As an out-of-state property owner, I have been very pleased with Wiser's management of our property. They interview the prospective renters and do thorough credit checks and rental histories. Kelly and Ava have been especially helpful. Not only are they knowledgeable but also they are so pleasant. Great Service – My family and I have been renting from Wiser Property Management for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with the condo we are renting. Find another company – Please aviod this company if you can... Renter Beware! They have given us truoble from the day we moved in until they day we moved out. . Our first fond memory was when it took them two weeks to hook up the gas stove and fix the heater. So there went two weeks of food money for eating out.. Then the twenty six year old water heater broke. Well @ least we had more than five min of hot water after that.
