I sent my college student to see Rachel because she was struggling with depression. Rachel was instrumental to helping her improve her mental health, give her the vocabulary to express her emotions in a healthier way, and rebuild her relationships with the rest of the family. She is truly the best therapist for teens and young adults and in fact, I have sent other patients to her as well who have done very well. If you're a parent struggling with an unhappy teenager or young adult, Rachel is amazing.
Rachel is a fantastic therapist with several years of experience in working with adults and teens. She is direct, yet gentle, and she possesses several skills other than talk therapy that have been helpful to clients to process through trauma. I would highly recommend Rachel Cohen!
