Usually a big fan of Wiseguy, but I came here on a Sunday with my family before 7pm and the employees were mopping the floor and all of the chairs were flipped on tables. We were told to go to the takeout area where there was no seating. Pretty disappointing considering we showed up more than an hour before close. Maybe we misread something, but it's not good to have confusing hours for your customers.
This isnt to say its a bad pizza but omg a forced gratuity on a pickup order? Not cool. Just pay a liveable wage instead. Also, under IRS laws. A tip must be voluntary and fulling decided by the customer. So you should update your website and call it a service fee instead or just wrap it into your pricing structure. Wouldn't want the hammer (albeit recently very small hammer) of the IRS auditing every single forced tip you have charged. Always a pleasure to eat A few slices of their pizza. It is extremely delicious and the service is exceptional!
