I used to recommend Wise Care to everyone, but something has changed and the quality has gone downhill. This past weekend I attempted to alert them to the HIPAA violation I experiences as well as the infection control issues (no soap or hand sanitizer in exam room during flu season and did not wipe down vital equipment between patients). Gross! Additionally they misdiagnosed my son with a cold, when he has pneumonia. Fortunately I didn’t trust it and took him to his PCP the next morning. Would not recommend Wise Care Severna Park
If you need an urgent care please go to them instead of right time or patient first, they are much more caring and don’t rush you through your visit. To start off my wonderful experience I got confused on my copay and it was truly my misunderstanding but the receptionist was understanding and help and the nurse and doctor didn’t rush through seeing me and the doctor took his time to give me an accurate diagnosis and medicine where as right time rushed me and didn’t diagnose my actual problem
I have to change my review, sadly. Something has changed, and not for the good. All of the people we encountered here recently were awful, from the front desk to the tech to the practitioner. I used to recommend WiseCare to everyone but my family will never be returning!
The facility was clean and the medical professionals were friendly, however this clinic will not give a doctor’s note, regardless of your condition or situation, in excess of 3 days. I’ve been told several times by their staff that it is against their policy to do so. If your condition requires a note in excess of 3 days, you must go back and pay again for an additional appointment to get a note for an additional 3 day period. WiseCare Urgent Care is wonderful. My whole family has been seen by either a doctor, PA, or CNP there at least once, and each experience has been great. The place is extremely clean, and we usually have minimum wait time. The place is run very efficiently. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. They follow up more effectively than many PC places. I highly recommend them!
