Stephan Thompson decides to order coffeess, lattes and hot chocolates while I am talking to him on the phone. Left me there while hes talking to the cashier for over a minute!! Never seen an agent do that in my life!! No wonder they have a low scoring Google Reviews!
We rented through Wiseberry for 18 months and everything was fine, until we gave notice that we were leaving. From that moment, dealing with Ashleigh was extremely disappointing. The professionalism disappeared: communication became short, dismissive, and unhelpful, and the organisation around inspections was poor.
