Stephan Thompson decides to order coffeess, lattes and hot chocolates while I am talking to him on the phone. Left me there while hes talking to the cashier for over a minute!! Never seen an agent do that in my life!! No wonder they have a low scoring Google Reviews!
We rented through Wiseberry for 18 months and everything was fine, until we gave notice that we were leaving. From that moment, dealing with Ashleigh was extremely disappointing. The professionalism disappeared: communication became short, dismissive, and unhelpful, and the organisation around inspections was poor. Property management are professional and go out of their way to help tenants and owners alike. Thank you Ashleigh and your predecessor Joanne for looking after our properties over so many years. It is truely a pleasure dealing with you. Thank you Stephen for the sale of the properties. The sales were fast efficient and sale prices exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a supportive friendly and professional service.
My experience with this is very disappointing. They are very unprofessional and self centred, they only looking for their money and commission. Instead of helping us they had make us stressed. They took an advantage of our bad times and make us pay extra money on top of our bond. I won’t suggest anyone to have business or rent house with this company.
Renter of the month is incredibly patronising, especially showing off the poor elders.
