A bunch of Lies The doctor was nice, a bit pushy with me purchasing contacts but overall the doctor was fine. I don't normally write these bad reviews, but I had too. I went here because they had these fantastic YELP reviews. A bunch of lies. I now know they pay for them. Aweful service. I don't understand how they got such good ratings. They sold me Acuvue contacts and told me they were monthly contacts. I had to go to eyeshapes of hoboken, to get treated for an eye infection. Such unethical business tactics. Founder and CEO There is never a good time to renovate, is there Daniel S? I left my personal cell phone number on our machine as a contact. I did not hear from you. We made many home deliveries during renovations. In addition, we had a table in front of the store so that we could dispense glasses and contacts that were ready. We are very sorry for your inconvenience. Please come again, we really do try our best to provide excellent service.
cheap with poor quality I used to go to them because they cheaper than everyone else. They are still the cheapest place in hoboken. I've been to eyeshapes, myoptics and hoboken optical. And although they are the cheapest by far, quailty NO. They are cheaper on paper because they don't tell you that this price doesn't include anything. When I went to myoptics and eyeshapes, they quoted me around $240 for safety plastic and AR. When I went to Wise they quoted me $99. Crazy difference. I was cheap and decided why not. Awful, never going back. Absolutely awful service. When they close down the store a couple of weeks ago, they call me the day before to tell my glasses were ready. I went there the next day and they were CLOSED. I think they are renovating or something, but its been 1 week, and still no store opening or my glasses to to seen. I even told the Manager that I work for the local paper on their delivery route, and that I would write a bad review, he had the nerve to say it didn't matter and that I was the only one.
