This was such a good thing I wish I would have done it sooner
The entire medical staff is exceptional and caring, including office personnel. This was my 2nd successful total knee replacement within 5 months. Both left & right knee surgery experiences were exceptional. Dr. Wise and Alyson Humphreys, his PA, are a team beyond words. They totally prepared me with what to expect before-during-after surgery. All my questions or concerns were answered and explained completely and I NEVER felt rushed out of an appointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Wise and his team.

Dr Wise is a very nice Dr. He cares about his patients. And his staff is the best.
Dr. Wise and a nurse check in every day after surgery by email to keep a record of how your doing any concerns or if you have any problems.This is all beside the regular office appointments which is really good.
From the start of the process to now (only 2 weeks post surgery for total knee replacement), the level of expertise, professionalism, education, attentiveness & compassion for a major surgery (entire staff included) has been unbelievably incredible & consistent. I receive DAILY (yes DAILY!) emailed portal check-ins (before & after surgery) with to-do reminders, checklists, do's & dont's, things to expect, care instructions, health checklists, ETC... ETC... Dr. Wise in his staff were very prompt and helpful every step of my knee replacement. I would recommend this office and Dr. Wise.
I just recently had a knee replacement. I trusted Tom Wise to do a good job.I am now in Health and Rehab. The stitches have been out without very pain, Now I am stating another Rehab.to start over for the muscels in back of knee. This is baby steps.
Dr. Wise has a good attitude and is willing to sit and listen. He is never in a hurry to end the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Wise if you need a knee replacement.
