I feel bad for leaving one star because for the most part this is a good practice except for communication and prescriptions. It is incredibly frustrating when you need to get a refill and the incredibly slow communication prevents this. They never answer their phone even if they are open. They take forever to answer emails and for some reason when they do it will be in the middle of the night, not when they are open. I'm not sure what happened, but Dr Wise's practice seems to have completely crumbled in the last year. He seems only concerned with making money off of his patients. He wants patients to order supplements through his special portal so he can get a commission, but these supplements (same brand/dose) are widely available at a much cheaper price though places like Amazon. I went to therapy and kept telling her that my medication wasn't working and that I need to increase it. She just kept telling me to stay away from gluten EVERYTIME. Even though I was. She wasted my time, money, and my mental health got worse. My depression and anxiety were not treated when I needed it the most in high school. I was a teen asking for help and kate ignored me and took advantage of me financially because she didn't care. I trying to move on from this yucky feeling.
