Very disorganized office. They were late filling my script several times, and they never answer the phone.
I went to therapy and kept telling her that my medication wasn't working and that I need to increase it. She just kept telling me to stay away from gluten EVERYTIME. Even though I was. She wasted my time, money, and my mental health got worse. My depression and anxiety were not treated when I needed it the most in high school. I was a teen asking for help and kate ignored me and took advantage of me financially because she didn't care. I trying to move on from this yucky feeling.
I left an audio message by phone to the doctor, but no one contacted me. I left the application online to the Kate Doctor's website, but no one contacted me. I came to the office personally yesterday in the hope of signing up at least personally, but the office was closed to about 12 P.M.
On multiple occasions now neither I nor my pharmacy were able to get a response to refill requests. I once again had to ask my PCP to call in a refill which she generously did. This office’s lack of communication is borderline negligent when it comes to the care, safety, and well-being of their patients. But if there is any type of balance due, they are sure able to call or email then! The utter lack of the office’s ability to respond, in a timely manner, to even the simplest of patient requests, results in gross negligence of patient care. The nonchalant carelessness of the receptionist, whose sole job is to respond to crucial, (and sometimes urgent) medical needs of patients, is downright reckless. It is borderline medical malpractice, on behalf of the provider, to keep his current receptionist employed. She endangers his patients.
