I have had issue after issue with medication refills or changes. You email the wise team and tell them you’ve been out of medication for a week and they’re like oh ya well help you immediately. Three days later-crickets! I have a severe TBI from a gunshot wound and the medications I take I cannot go without. They only care about money and treat all patients like cattle. Laughable at best!!!

I feel bad for leaving one star because for the most part this is a good practice except for communication and prescriptions. It is incredibly frustrating when you need to get a refill and the incredibly slow communication prevents this. They never answer their phone even if they are open. They take forever to answer emails and for some reason when they do it will be in the middle of the night, not when they are open. I'm not sure what happened, but Dr Wise's practice seems to have completely crumbled in the last year. He seems only concerned with making money off of his patients. He wants patients to order supplements through his special portal so he can get a commission, but these supplements (same brand/dose) are widely available at a much cheaper price though places like Amazon.
