Prior to moving in, I never met with the landlord outside of being shown the house. I was asked to fill out my lease (which was emailed) and to drop off my deposit. The house was in an unclean state upon move in, and I had major spider issues. After moving out, I was told I was only getting $4 back from from $600 refund.
