My team was excellent..Had Citizens then sold to Southen ins. With the Fla. Got. Sell off...Wise agent was outstanding and Very friendly she not only got me the same coverage I had but was able to increase some areas for me for half the cost...THAT IS CORRECT HALF THE COST...Very fast talked to her within 3 days of my renewal date of 12/29...Was done and signed without a lapse in coverage...Thanks

Came in a few weeks ago to get help with finding a better quote for my car insurance. Lacey was who helped me and she didn’t seem in a very good mood, I asked many questions and she was starting to get snippy at me. I haven’t had my car very long and just needed to get on my own so I wasn’t very aware about much with insurance so I needed to ask questions and she was getting irritated with me. In the end I took my business elsewhere.

They, and their staff, are Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Ready to take care of Customer Needs. They are always there. I once had an accident in Washinton DC. WISE had my car towed to a repair shop, set up Hotel Reservations and worked with the Metropolitan Police to get me back on the Road in 2 days.
