I never really have bad experience here but last night was awful! I ordered at 1230 was told it would be here in 30 mins. Didn’t come until 130. The food then wasn’t even hot it was like warm. They gave me the wrong soda. Just not a good experience. But the owner reached out to me and apologized for the issue and offered me a credit so I’m very happy with that. This shows he truly cares about his business and the customers.
Been to Buffalo a couple time, and this was the best pizza and wings we've ever had by a long shot. Wish we had you guys in Texas. : \
Thank you to Wiseguys. We order for 3 big parties a year and have been doing so for 10 years. Every time we do, they go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. I can not say enough good things about them. The staff is always nice and the owner, Jay, is always going out of his way to make sure everything is in order. I would highly recommend them for all your party needs. Our guests are always happy-thank you guys.
I will never order again!!! Just ordered a large cheese and 1 item, and when I went to pick it up they charged me $$17.00..usually we order a combo pack,pizza/and wings..which I honestly love..But when I get charged that kind of money for 1 item..""AND"" the pizza wasn't even cooked properly..RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this shit happens when the owner's are away..EVERYTIME..either get people who care about the place,or fire every single one of them..My orders usually go over the $25 or $30 3 times a month..well guess what you ... read more
