Sloppy Service – We gave in our Honda Snow blower in for an auger repair in late feb and when we got it back it was still not working. Since it did not snow much after that, the snow blower was put away and when we did take it in to complain about the repairs and the jammed auger (which to us looked like an alighment problem). The customer service guy was totally arrogant and refused to acknowledge that.
