worst customer service ever – if you are going to purchase online, get the name of everyone you speak to and when, the employees here have conflicting stories when it comes to what has been shipped and what they have in stock. talk to the owner ed to resolve problems otherwise , you may get jerked around
Knowledgeable Owner But! – Ed the owner was very patient and accommodating with his help and recommendations in regard to my Internet purchases of a couple of Honda Generators, panel and accessories. Even advised me of a few extra accessories I shouldn't purchase I had planned to that were unnecessary for my purposes.
