Great experience! My family and I were away on vacation but didn’t realize we ran out of oil. I placed an order at midnight and had a delivery at 6:30AM. Couldn’t be happier. We’ve used them in the past and I rarely leave reviews but was so impressed and thankful with our service that I just had to!
Overfilled my oil tank. Huge mess left in basement, called them back and they sent a cleaner and told me they will refund me the extra 4 gallons that fell. What a joke! House smells worse than a gas station now. They should have sent a professional cleaner. I have a bird and two cats and my basement has rooms where people live. This is not okay. Basement barely has any windows to get air either complete mess!!!!!!!

I ordered 200 gal heating oil thru codfuel which was delivered by wise choice fuel company on 4/14 morning, when I got off work and checked, only 1/4 of the tank was filed, approximately 75 gal only, but being billed for 200 gal. My tank is Max 275 gauge capacity, it never has any issue with previous deliveries. I try to contact wise choice fuel company, the lady handing the phone is really rude and unprofessional. I make it a point to go out and say Hello when they arrive since I'm sure most of their deliveries have little interaction and I appreciate their service.
