I used to be a customer of wise choice fuel for years. The office ladies have changed and are so rude now. I used to deal with Ellen such a sweet lady and she would take time to listen to my order and I never had any issues with her or my delivery. I can't get a hold of her anymore, now with these new girls they are just trying to rush you off the phone and put your order in quick. They've lost their customer service touch. I am very happy with this oil company. They are very reliable and I haven’t had any problems with my oil burner since I started using them. My last oil delivery company I was using I had problems with the oil gelling and clogging up the filter and nozzle on my boiler. I haven’t had any issues since I started using this company.
