We are delighted by the job Wise Choice Construction did to update our kitchen and remedy and treat mold we discovered behind our cabinets. We obtained bids from several local contractors. After closely reviewing them we decided that Wise Choice offered the most complete range of services we needed. Wise choice added a bathroom to the basement of my house in north Seattle. They did an excellent job! I really appreciated that they were willing to work with me on supplies, and ad-hoc planning. Sometimes we had not fully planned out the work or made changes in the moment, and they accommodated us great. They properly sealed off the work area to minimize disruption to the house, and the finished product is stellar. I have used Wise Choice for several projects over the past 18 months including reflooring my house, remodeling a bathroom, and doing a more extensive job converting a bonus room into an additional bedroom (which involved a lot demolishing a staircase and a lot of permit/reviews). They've always done great work and I plan to use them for additional work in the future.
Wise Choice Construction remodeled my house inside and outside, built a covered porch and added a rear extension. This major project was managed exceptionally well, with their team demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and excellent communication from start to finish.
