Wisdom Senior Care takes care of my uncle who is visually impaired. I was visiting him in charlotte when the caregiver arrived and I was immediately impressed by the genuine concern and care that was shown as soon as Patricia walked in the door. It was obvious she had developed a true relationship with my uncle (who can be stubborn at times). My aunt always brags about Wisdom and says the caregivers can get him to do things that she can’t. Great clients , Although this so called “ company “ , ‘ Wisdom Senior care ‘ isn’t ONE business . It’s a company that multiple people are running their own LLC out of . They all run their own little business out of this ONE business . Very corrupt and misleading company . Working with them is even worse . They don’t even have a payroll system set up . Vanessa and her team at Wisdom Senior Care are the most attentive and caring professionals around. I live out of town, and it is so comforting to know that Mom is being well taken care of, and has become so fond of these wonderful ladies. Lines of communication are always open, and I know that if there is anything we need, they will take care of it. I sing their praises to everyone who will listen!

I cannot say enough good things about this small company with its hands-on owner, Vanessa. Our 97-year-old mom needed 24-hour care urgently last year, and I was able to interview three services, only one of which was run by someone with actual hands-on care experience. Within 24 hours, Vanessa produced three highly experienced ladies and filled in herself on the night shifts until she could fill out the staffing, saying that it gave her real first-hand insight into Mom's needs.
