I have personally observed the packet filling process. The roll of film for the front of the packet and the roll of film for the back of the packet are not exposed to to any outside adhesives nor are they "taped" together as rolls are transitioned. The continuous ribbon of packets come off the rotary filler and then move to the separator/boxer that cuts the ribbon and drops the packets in increments of 35 into the preformed box. This complaint is also about the Wisdom SweetLeaf Stevia, Vanilla cream. In the later part of 2019 the packaging and product itself suddenly changed. The previous product was a dark brown and the new product is clear or slightly dirty looking. The old product was clearly labeled Vanilla EXTRACT and the new bottle label changed to Vanilla FLAVOR. This in regard to Wisdom Natural Brand SweetLeaft Stevia. I have been using sweetener packets for years and recently bought a SEALED box that had one PACKET with BLACK MASKING TAPE around the single packet. I called the 800 customer service # and spoke with an unfriendly lady (Angela?) to alert them this had happened so they could check into the matter.
