Terrible Service, Incompetent Employees/Doctor – I went to WI Vision to update my contacts and get new glasses. The first problem was that when they called to say my glasses were in, they also told me they forgot to charge me a $40 contact fitting fee, which I was never told about at the initial exam. I went after work (6:00) to get my glasses and they were closed, even though the website and the hours on the door clearly stated 7pm.
