The Receptionist is rude waited 20 minutes in lobby and now have been waiting 15 minutes for Nurse Practitioner.
This place is a dump. They obviously get nothing but drug seekers there, based on the prominent multiple signs indicating that they do not prescribe any pain meds. The PA who saw me was curt and unprofessional; did not listen to my issue and instead focused on things that did not pertain at all to my injury. Refused to order an MRI for suspected torn ligament; only an X-ray.
