Top tier customer service! The people were amazing, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, well appointed. Slept like a rock with a tiny exception. I don’t know if I was too close to the elevator or if it was due to the light/fan in the bathroom (gorgeous shower btw) but there was a high pitched squeal every so often that woke me up. I sleep through most alarms so this was surprising! The refrigerator motor was also exceptionally loud, but I thought of it as white noise and it helped me sleep. The hotel was very hard to find even though it sticks out like a sore thumb on the corner of the street that it’s on. I drove past it multiple times because it looked like a residential hall to me. The room was booked on my behalf, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It was also confusing to figure out how to get in and check into the hotel. I ended up parking in a very, very small 10 minute parking area on the side of the hotel. I had to go inside check in get parking and then drive around a corner to go into the parking... read more
