My mom had previous great service with them when they cut some bushes down & evened out a few stumps. On October 10 they were supposed to cut 2 trees down, but they never came nor did they call. When my mom called them that evening, they said the truck was broken. (So why couldn't you call your customer and inform them that you weren't coming out?) They said they could come on Monday. Mike is fantastic to deal with. The crew did a fantastic job on my property. It was a huge job and they came within a few days to quote, and did the work a few days later on a Saturday which was even more impressive! I did have a little miscommunication with another gentleman but Mike was very fast to act and clear up the misunderstanding as soon as he became aware. Very reasonably priced and fantastic work. Thank you!
