rudest experience ever, had asked them a question due to pop ups on mytax account and she proceeded to act like i was dumb, told me to read word for word of what it says, acted like i was complicated to work with and transferred me. i then had a very patient kind lady who actually went through with detail and explained to me the pop up notice. being a new business owner, these things are hard to learn and if you’re not capable of being patient with people, why get a job that requires you to call if you’re gonna huff and puff... read more
