I highly recommend this group of professionals, from Dr Ragonese, his assistants as well as his office workers and anesthesiologist. I had a major oral surgery procedure and every one of them were so kind and made the procedure so painless and less intimidating. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!
Five stars all around!! As a mother of three boys, you would think I'd know by now to ask about wisdom teeth at least once a month (because teenage boys may conveniently forget to mention they notice any new teeth breaking through the back of their gums or this is not important information in their mind). Thankfully, Dr. Ragonese and his care team got us in quickly, made the whole process easy and took amazing care of our son. Rude receptionist, I called this morning to schedule an appointment that my dental provider referred me to. The receptionist made no effort to help me, sounded annoyed, and didn’t even look for the referral from my provider, which I am assuming you all have a way of doing. I hung up the call and made an appointment somewhere else. She was kind, helpful, respectful and told me they will call my dental provider for the referral and I was able to book my appointment. Horrible staff.
