Unprofessional, rude not welcoming upon arrival, didn’t buff down gel x nails at all they are so thick… did not properly remove cuticles for manicure, sloppy pedicure… didn’t offer any packages and left nail polish on skin and cuticles I’m not sure how this place has so many great reviews… will not be returning. Update* I went back like their response to my review asked me to do…but when I sat in the chair they told me that it was perfect and the gel x could not be buffed down. This is simply not true.
