No one at this company is capable of calling you back from the business office. They will try and stop you in any way possible from canceling a membership--particularly if you are trying to cancel because poor customer service. Also-they don't train or communicate with their member services team which creates problems when you talk billing and pricing. Keep in mind they will also fail to respond to email messages as well. Be aware.
