My daughter had a root canal done in which the dentist missed a canal. Then he seated the $980.00 crown improperly. Because the crown was not seated correctly there was a gap, this led to food getting in under the crown and then bacteria formed in the tooth. My daughter suffered for many months but they just kept telling us to wait awhile and let the tooth settle down. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was a waste of 1 hr of my life waiting in the lobby! If the appointment was at 11 then you shouldn't have to wait till 12 to go back to a waiting room. If you over book then allow people to reschedule without wasting their time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
