My father made purchases in store at the 47th and kedzie location, when it came to his bill being outrageous and 611 failing to help him out he went back to the store just to ask questions. Sadly both locations 47th kedzie and 43rd and Pulaski failed him as well stating that they only make sales and can’t help him out and to call 611 again. All sales representatives dismissed any of my fathers concerns. It is better to purchase online or over the phone never going into a store again.
