TERRIBLE DEVICE!
I’m pretty sure this is a scam company. They sent my mom a device without her permission and now trying to bill her. When researching the website, it takes you to another company with a different telephone number. They are Not listed in the BBB. I can’t find anything leading me to believe they are a legit company.
These people pay their bills on the accounts of the elderly My mom recently fell and got hurt pretty bad as a result her doctor suggested LIFE ALERT Which by the way is excellent in the care of their patients!
