Night& day difference between buying a phone& trying to get them to help you. Dont ever believe anything they say. Told me i was due a $150 Visa gift card from LG& had to call LG to find out where it was. LG told me never since they started company have they done that. I keep bothering them, calling Sprint, can get no help. Wade Hampton store in Greer,SC will lie, cheat& do anything for a sale. When have a problem, they don't know you.

Well first of the number listed is not in service. Went into the Vacaville CA store to pay a bill. By the way I have been going there for 7 years. For some reason they charge a fee when you pay with cash, a 5$ fee! I asked why and the answer was "if you want to pay here you have to pay extra". I was offered to go to the next city over as well. I got pretty bent about the behavior from the "assistant manager" whom I was not even talking to. It was night and day from buying a phone there to paying the bill. Was told to "grow u... read more
