They Claim you will have your replacement phone to you in 24-48 hours. Its now been 6 days after i paid them for a new phone and tracking doesn't show it coming till Monday (8 days after their "guaranteed arrival time").

Purchased a Galaxy S9 plus, I was told that I was going to received a $100 Costco cash card after submitting my rebate, well the promo code the store gave it doesn't work, I've tried calling/emailing wireless advocate with no response, left voicemails and nothing, Tried calling the store I bought the phone from and they can't help me, they said I need to contact customer service.

i purchased my Samsung S8+ at a kiosk inside Costco because I was told I am going to receive a $300 Costco Cash Card within 14 weeks. its been 21 weeks I still have not seen the cash card and no one from the company is replying to my emails. Kiosk employee cant help and does not know who to contact. I have been a Costco member for a very long time and Wireless Advocates is giving Costco a bad name.

I purchased an iphone from the wireless advocates kiosk at Wright Patterson Air Force Base kiosk on 5/21/17, At the time of purchase the sales associate explained to me that since I was adding a new line there is a $200 rebate. She told me the rebate would come to me in the form of a verizon statement credit and would take 2-3 months.
