John Unger, the Kiosk manager at the Renaissance Costco in Albuquerque did a great job helping us with our phone plan and phones. We had trouble with the signal strength where we live. John helped us change our plan and phones. He spent extra time calling and verifying the changes with the mobile provider.

The Cincinnati, Deerfield KIOSK manager refused to sale me a cell phone today. When i asked her (Michelle the Costco KIOSK manager) why the answer i got was that because i mentioned in our conversation that i might cancel the new line required for the deal we were discussing she decided not to sale me a phone. Then she also mentioned that she is not obligated to provide the services she is getting paid for to everybody and she can choose her customers. After several years with At&t we wanted a change and signed up for Verizon through Wireless Advocates in Costco located in Santee, CA. I received a Black Friday special on a new Samsung phone and we kept two i phones we had that were paid off already. When we left the store the sales rep told us the text messaging wasn't working right on the i phones and were asked to come back the next day. I have left 3 message at your customer service over a 2 week period. the message says the call will be returned within 24 to 48 hours it is 3 weeks later and still no return call. What is the problem?

This is my disappointing email interaction with this Wireless Advocates Manager in H********, CA, Ernesto "Erny". Lack of helpfulness and/or proactivity. Ernesto, I pasted your last response back into our original email thread to keep the chain unbroken. Your response is gravely disappointing. I would like to feel like Wireless Advocates are going above and beyond to clarify this and make it right, rather than idling around for Verizon to come around to you. 24 days later and you have no news for me at all. I purchased an Xs iPhone from Costco Wholesale in Independence, Missouri on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from Andrew at the Wireless Advocates kiosk. I asked about the phone advertised as $100 off the original price. He pointed to a printed form that listed prices and said the monthly payment would be $37.50. I asked how many GB and he said 256. After a few more inquiries I looked closely at the printed form and noticed that the $37.50 monthly price was for a 64 GB phone. Completely unaccountable and does not follow through with their commitment to customers. I have filed a complaint with them since the SUMMER of 2017 and as we near the SUMMER of 2019....the issue has not been resolved. Essentially, Verizon owes me $217.90 for 2 iphones that I have returned (with receipt and proof) to Costco through Wireless Advocates. Working with this company through a ****** kiosk has been the worst experience I have had buying a phone. The salesman lied and said that they could match the promo that ******* had going on at the time. He later called me and said that they are actually a third party and can’t honor the ******* discount. They could offer a $100 gift card for ******.
