Slow, and front desk woman is very unfriendly and unprofessional
I would say if you are a patient/ caregiver that wants to be informed do not go to this place! My family member went for a simple procedure and was inside 3 hours with no update at all. No doctor provided report, no nurse provided report other than a printed paper. Very disappointed !
The staff, physicians and anesthetists at this surgery center are excellent. I highly recommend this procedure center.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS AMAZING! I have never been treated so kindly by a facility. From the moment you get in the door you are welcomed. Everything is run like clockwork! Extremely clean and organized facility! A must-go if you need day surgery! Thank you all so much for treating me like a queen! ❤️
I recently received outpatient surgery at this facility and would like to comment on the exceptional patient experience. I was impressed by the entire process from intake to discharge. As expected, they provided excellent medical care, and in doing so displayed a genuine passion for their work. Perhaps most impressive was that they outwardly seemed to enjoy working with each other as a team. I found the experience to be outstanding and highly recommend this facility.
