Worst ever! Its been 3 years now and nothing. Charged me $500 upfront and after I paid was told they wouldn't start till all was paid...$4,800 total. Its been 3 years now and nothing has been accomplished. 3 misdemeanors, all same case in IN from 2016 and 2 misdemeanor in MN from 2004...court cases have been missed and never reset. Months go by leaving voicemails and emails. My last contact with Sam Eastman was 6 weeks ago and hasnt returned a call or text since. Wont return my $4,800 or get court dates set up...
I can't get anyone to contact me back. They took my money but won't answer any emails or calls anymore. Did they go out of business??? Is there a class action lawsuit against this company? I keep seeing reviews of the same issue. What happened to the money back guarantee, how do I get that back?
These are fake nonlicensed incompetent wanna be lawyers, back in 2021 i paid them money to take care of a charge, and well its 2023 and they wont return my calls or emails, and in fact Dante shut his number off. So in turn i called and meet with a real attorney to handle my case and now i am sueing these people. DO NOT USE THESE FAKE CROOKED CORRUPT PEOPLE!!!

Beware of this law firm! They will take your money, file a couple papers, go to court one time but they either cannot or will not stand behind you when your State and local county doesn't or will not enforce the Expungement. I called them after a a NICS denial, appeal and denial decision for a couple low level misdemeanors they were to Expunge for this exact reason. This is beyond amazing how messed up this outfit is. This time last year I left a negative because at that time it was 6yrs since I set up trying to get my rights back. Money is paid, documents and fingerprints sent in and everything. After leaving the review one of them boneheads called me with some BS sob story about how they are sorry it's been taking so long. I agree with everyone else, they have been taking my money for 7 months but you don't hear from them. They charged me twice this month & nobody is answering their phones. I'm going to the news station!
