I have Found Samuel Meyler from Wipe Record. He was principle of Eastman, Meyler PC. He is now a member of a law firm in Seattle, Washington. That firm has not responded in anyway to the fact that they have someone working in their firm who was a partner of a company that defrauded hundreds if not thousands of clients. The worst experience ever . Over 3yrs of wasting my time. Paid them 2k in full the 1st day I hired them and literally the only thing they did was cash my check. I've had to send 3 or 4 different sets of finger prints over the yrs. With notarized paperwork. Cause they would say tje previous case Mgr must of lost it. Or they will use the excuse that the state police required 2 sets of finger prints. They just give you false hope and bs for yrs and literally do nothing. I need my money back now.

Their website is down. Emailes are bouncing back. Phone numbers don't go through. We have been sammmed people.
This company has done nothing with my case. They are now out of business and don't answer calls or emails. Everyone who sent them money has been scammed. We need to sue them and get our money back.

Can't say they are an out and out scam, but they are certainly an unethical company. I have been trying to get two convictions from 1995 reduced via 17(b) and dismissed via 1203.4 since 2018. I received a copy of a court order from Jose Vega, who has to have been my 4th or 5th rep on this case, back in February of 2023 along with assurances via email (which I still have) that everything went well and that it takes about six months before I should be confident that refuse with the FBI were updated due to voter backlog. Do not waste your money. It's been over 3 years and still no progress. I've sent my fingerprints in no less then 3 separate times over the past years. Have had 3 or more different case mgrs. And paralegals. This place is a joke. All there good at is taking your money.
They said the process may take up to one year after you’re all paid off.i said ok.Once paid off they gave me what seemed to be light progress in the case.I’ve sent sensitive documents to this firm.They said it would be a zoom hearing,then they said it wouldn’t be.A lot of talking at first and not any action..Then they went ghost..I feel violated knowing now that it’s really a scam.We were in touch until they were paid off.Then months of no contact.Id call an get no answer or a voicemail.They returned my call once maybe and t... read more
