I rented from winwood properties for a short time, I moved later that year after thing was not getting fixed and bed bugs infection that was cause by my next door Benjamin Elroy Sines, I had bed bugs from June 2023 to January 2024, Benjamin Sines refused to clean his apartment and he failed to report bed bugs, I asked the Maintenance man Daniel Williams if he can spray for the bed bugs and he said yes, he told me and the other neighbors when he was spraying, he failed to show up that date, he told me that Winwood Properties ... read more

Whenever the Rental Property was in need of ANY kind of Maintenance or Repairs... Management was All Over it ASAP !
