We were there for 3 hours. Our orders were not turned in. No asking if we needed refills on Cokes or Iced Tea. When orders were finally taken and served they were still wrong!! Should never have been asked to pay!! I’m a native Mobilian of over 59 years and have been to Wintzells dozens of times. This was laughable!! Terrible !! Due to their not offering to do anything we will not be back. What a joke!!!

Today was awful and it wasn't like it was crazy packed 3 hour... 3 hours we were there. Had to get our on refills never got my food till it was time to leave.. Management did take care of some of the bill ( the stuff we never got) We won't be back, no worries!!!

When you have an upcharge let the customer know ahead of time. For example we recently had 2 7.99 lunches that included drink. We asked if we could have salads in lieu of fries. We were told no problem.We originally ordered water, but changed that to tea as it was "drink included". To my surprise our $16 meal was $24. We did not get our tea. We were charged 2.98 for each salad. Was this an up charge? We did not get a drink nor did we get fries yet there was no deduction for either of these items. This was just wrong. Even th... read more
