This is the worst apartment to live in guys never ever live or rent out this place its full of mice,bed bugs ans the management are the worst never rent this olace guys i warned you.
I've lived at winton house going on nine years.totally 21 years with highland management. Since I moved in there were mice for years than bedbugs.i reported them many times noone did anything.finallyyyy 3years ago they did.finally.now. we have a new manager doing what's right for our apts.managements polite.we have new maintenance and hope cooperate keeps him here.hes good. Too many of maintenance guys moved around.need steady staff.thank-you.
Several experiences communicating with management staff that have been very positive. They have always been responsive and professional, showing concern for my issues.
They have bed bug problems
My husband and I lived at Winton House for a year, and it was a horrible renting experience. The front door to our apartment building was constantly broken and left open, our neighbors blared music in the middle of the night, and even though it was a "smoke-free" community, the halls smelled so strongly of smoke it was hard to breathe in them.
